This pavilion is situated in a central round plaza, bordered by two rows of trees. Four different prefabricated wooden cubes with distinct uses surround a multipurpose room like houses around a courtyard. The roof binds the ensemble together as a unit. The supports on the park's axis and the delimiting volumes alongside them form a gateway that interlinks the plaza and the playing field. The hall's glass facades can be opened completely, thus enabling a direct physical connection with the plaza.

The pavilion has a basement level on one side. The support structure comprises concrete strip foundations, concrete and Kerto wooden elements. The building's corners are closed. The main and auxiliary entrances are at the ends, while the long sides have large windows that can be opened towards the park.
